Create Your Account

A comprehensive guide on signing up, configuring your workspace, and managing your PromptEase profile.

Creating an account on PromptEase takes less than a minute and unlocks the full power of the Forge Engine. Your account serves as your central hub for prompt generation, history tracking, and marketplace activities.

Signup Methods

We support multiple ways to create your account securely:

  • Google OAuth (Recommended for faster access and syncing with Google Workspace)
  • GitHub OAuth (Recommended for developers building code prompts)
  • Standard Email and Password (secured via Supabase Auth)

Step-by-step Onboarding

Navigate to Signup

Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of the marketing page.

Choose Authentication Method

Select Google, GitHub, or enter your email. If using email, you will receive a magic link to verify your inbox.

Complete Profile

Set your display name, upload an avatar (optional), and define your primary role (e.g., Marketer, Developer, Founder). This helps the Forge personalize its suggestions.

Claim Free Tokens

Upon successful email verification, your account is instantly credited with 10 free generation tokens.

If you are joining an existing Team Workspace, ask your administrator for an invite link. Do not create a personal account first, as merging accounts requires contacting support.

Account Security Specs

All PromptEase accounts are protected by enterprise-grade security protocols:

  • Data Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
  • Auth Provider: Supabase Auth with strict JWT token validation.
  • Session Lifespan: 7 days default, configurable in Enterprise settings.
