Advanced organizational features for managing thousands of prompts across multiple projects.

proCollections require a Pro or Max plan.

As you generate hundreds of prompts, the History tab becomes unwieldy. Collections act as customizable folders to organize your prompt assets by project, client, or department.

Creating & Managing Collections

Create a Collection

Navigate to the Collections tab and click 'New Collection'. Give it a name, description, and an icon.

Add Prompts

From your History or any Prompt Result page, click the 'Bookmark' icon to save it directly into a specific Collection.

Bulk Operations

In the History tab, you can multi-select prompts and move them into a Collection all at once.

Every Collection generates a unique, cryptographically secure sharing URL (e.g., `promptease.com/share/c_192837xyz`). You can send this link to clients or colleagues, allowing them to view and copy the prompts without needing a PromptEase account. You can toggle public sharing on or off at any time from the Collection settings.
